买保险要提供什么资料呢？产品，数量，单价，保额信息（一般100万美金起步）

08预计年总营业额是多少？

What's the anticipated annual gross sales receipts?

09是否有批发？有的话，批发和零售的比例？网络销售占总营业额比例？

Are you a wholesaler or retailer? If a wholesaler, do you do retails too? What's the percentage of online sales consist of total receipts?

10如公司有店面，店面地址？是租赁的还是自有？场地面积多少平方尺？对外开放面积？

15如仓库新购入，过户后会改建施工或装修翻新吗？还是会空着一段时间，闲置多久？

If it's a new purchase, will there be any construction or renovation after closing? or will be vacant, if so estimate the vacant duration

16物业是否有防盗警报器？有的话，是中央监控系统（连警局）还是本地摄像头？

Does the building or location has burglary alarm system？ If so, is it central alarm system or local security camera?

Does the property has fire alarm system？ If so, is it central alarm system or local smoke alarm?

18物业是否有洒水系统？有的话，是100%覆盖吗？

Does the property has an sprinklers system? If so, is it 100% covered?

19仓库是否有门卫和保安，是否24小时有人？是公司员工还是第三方保安公司？

Does the warehouse has security guard？Are guards employees or hired from security company？

20仓库屋顶，内部电线，水管是否最近有翻新？(请提供一份appraisal报告）

Does the warehouse roof, wires, plumbing, recently updated?
