美国ASI平台经销商HALO要求certificate of insurace（General liability insurace)产品保险或者商业责任险怎么买？

因为美国这边各个业务大公司一般都要商业责任向保险或者产品责任保险，还有的叫General insurance license，主要是怕召回风险，搞不好公司破产了，所以大公司一般来说需要你去买保险，那美国第一保险价格是多少？一般至少$500美金/年起步，与销售额有关，买美国保险要提供什么资料呢？产品，数量，材质，单价，保额信息（一般100万美金起步，或者你要问问你的客户，他要求多少）

保费是按整个公司所有的产品来算，保险也可以通用，买了以后，其他平台或者你们客户需要，这保险也可以用

保险要单独购买才行，如果客户每年跟你有5万美金左右的订单，那么保保险是合适的，否则不划算这个。保险是承保你公司名下产品在消费者使用过程中出现意外伤害由保险公司赔付，保险一年在1500~3000美金，一般大公司会购买，实际上只是转嫁成本，这些保险应该由他们自己买才对，你也可以跟客户尽量说一下，如果产品没有危险性是可以不买的

保险价格是多少？一般至少$500美金/年起步，与销售额有关

买保险要提供什么资料呢？产品，数量，单价，保额信息（一般100万美金起步）

09是否有批发？有的话，批发和零售的比例？网络销售占总营业额比例？

Are you a wholesaler or retailer? If a wholesaler, do you do retails too? What's the percentage of online sales consist of total receipts?

10如公司有店面，店面地址？是租赁的还是自有？场地面积多少平方尺？对外开放面积？

18物业是否有洒水系统？有的话，是100%覆盖吗？

Does the property has an sprinklers system? If so, is it 100% covered?

19仓库是否有门卫和保安，是否24小时有人？是公司员工还是第三方保安公司？

Does the warehouse has security guard？Are guards employees or hired from security company？

20仓库屋顶，内部电线，水管是否最近有翻新？(请提供一份appraisal报告）
